The Isle of Docks development is a case study project aimed at providing real affordable housing for Londoners.

The project will be developed using a community land trust scheme – which involves the land being donated by the government and given to the community to develop.

With the absence of Land and Developer fees, the housing cost will significantly reduce. The resulting mixed-use complex will provide a healthy and affordable urban living for residents in the Isle of Dogs with low and middle-income.
